About PSR Home Remodeling
Professional Service Restoration Inc, DBA Home Remodeling is a licensed South Florida contractor based in Miami, remodeling homes across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties.
What we do differently
Most remodels fail on coordination, not craft: four trades, four schedules, and a homeowner stuck in the middle chasing a permit. We run every job as one project under one licence. Our crew does the kitchen and the roof, the bathroom and the pavers, and the permit office hears from us, not from you.
Permits are the job
South Florida enforces the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone provisions of the Florida Building Code, and an unpermitted remodel surfaces at sale, at insurance renewal and at a condo's recertification. We file the application, answer plan review, schedule every rough inspection and close the permit with the final. It is itemised on every estimate.

Licensed, permits handled
We file the application, answer the plan reviewer, meet every inspector and close the permit. You never go to the counter.
Every trade, one contractor
