Service area

Every municipality in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Each city page says what remodeling there actually involves — the housing stock, the permit office, the association rules.

Where we work

Every city in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach, from Jupiter down to Homestead.

Miami-Dade County

Unincorporated Miami-Dade (Kendall included) permits through the county’s RER Building division, while incorporated cities such as Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables and Hialeah run their own building departments — all enforcing the Florida Building Code’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone provisions.

Broward County

Nearly every Broward municipality issues its own building permits through a city building department; the county’s Building Code Services Division covers the unincorporated areas, and the whole county sits inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone.

Palm Beach County

Unincorporated Palm Beach County permits through the county’s Building Division, the larger cities run their own building departments, and although the county is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone it is in the wind-borne debris region, so new openings still need impact protection.
