Pavers and concrete on a base that stays flat

South Florida sand and seasonal flooding move everything that is not built on a real base. We excavate to depth, compact in lifts, screed the bedding sand, and lock the field with edge restraint and polymeric sand. Then we seal it.

What we build

• Paver driveways, walkways and pool decks in concrete, travertine and porcelain pavers.
• Concrete slabs, pads and aprons poured and finished.
• Retaining walls, seat walls and fire-pit areas.
• Drainage: French drains, channel drains and grading, so the new surface sheds water away from the house.

Driveways and the right-of-way

Where a driveway meets the street, most cities require a right-of-way or driveway permit and, in HOA communities, an architectural approval. We handle both.
