Prices quoted on the phone or on the site are estimates. A written proposal following an in-home visit is the only binding scope and price, and it is subject to the contract you sign with Professional Service Restoration Inc.

Permits and code

Where a permit is required, PSR applies for it and schedules inspections as part of the contracted work. Permit fees and jurisdiction review times vary by city and county and are itemised in your proposal.
