Home remodeling in Bal Harbour
Kitchens, baths, floors, paint, roofs, patios, pavers and landscaping in Bal Harbour — permitted, inspected and built by one licensed crew.
What remodeling in Bal Harbour involves
Bal Harbour’s oceanfront is a row of condo towers with strict vendor rules, so a unit renovation means association approval, insurance certificates and booked freight elevators before a tile comes up; single-family homes sit only in the gated residential section.
Bal Harbour is condo towers, association approval and recertification, and association approval is the norm for exterior work, so we prepare the paperwork the board asks for before the permit goes in.
Permits in Miami-Dade
Unincorporated Miami-Dade (Kendall included) permits through the county’s RER Building division, while incorporated cities such as Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables and Hialeah run their own building departments — all enforcing the Florida Building Code’s High-Velocity Hurricane Zone provisions. We file with whichever office has jurisdiction over your address and meet every inspection.
