What remodeling in Jupiter Inlet Colony involves
Jupiter Inlet Colony is a gated town of about two hundred homes at the southern tip of Jupiter Island, where ocean and inlet exposure make impact glass and metal roofing standard and many 1960s homes are being replaced outright.
Jupiter Inlet Colony is a very small municipality where every project is a one-off.
Permits in Palm Beach
Unincorporated Palm Beach County permits through the county’s Building Division, the larger cities run their own building departments, and although the county is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone it is in the wind-borne debris region, so new openings still need impact protection. We file with whichever office has jurisdiction over your address and meet every inspection.
