Home remodeling in Jupiter
Kitchens, baths, floors, paint, roofs, patios, pavers and landscaping in Jupiter — permitted, inspected and built by one licensed crew.
What remodeling in Jupiter involves
Jupiter mixes 1970s–80s waterfront homes along the Loxahatchee River and Intracoastal with Abacoa’s 2000s traditional-neighborhood housing, so projects run from dockside exterior overhauls in salt air to HOA-approved updates in the newer communities.
Jupiter is barrier-island salt air, impact glass and coastal rules.
Permits in Palm Beach
Unincorporated Palm Beach County permits through the county’s Building Division, the larger cities run their own building departments, and although the county is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone it is in the wind-borne debris region, so new openings still need impact protection. We file with whichever office has jurisdiction over your address and meet every inspection.
