Home remodeling in Lake Worth Beach
Kitchens, baths, floors, paint, roofs, patios, pavers and landscaping in Lake Worth Beach — permitted, inspected and built by one licensed crew.
What remodeling in Lake Worth Beach involves
Lake Worth Beach has one of the county’s largest concentrations of 1920s cottages and bungalows, protected by several local historic districts, so exterior work on contributing homes needs Historic Resources Preservation Board approval and the interiors often hide original wiring.
Lake Worth Beach is older housing stock and preservation review.
Permits in Palm Beach
Unincorporated Palm Beach County permits through the county’s Building Division, the larger cities run their own building departments, and although the county is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone it is in the wind-borne debris region, so new openings still need impact protection. We file with whichever office has jurisdiction over your address and meet every inspection.
