Home remodeling in Pembroke Pines
Kitchens, baths, floors, paint, roofs, patios, pavers and landscaping in Pembroke Pines — permitted, inspected and built by one licensed crew.
What remodeling in Pembroke Pines involves
Pembroke Pines ranges from 1960s–70s homes east of University Drive to 1990s HOA communities out west and the Century Village condos, where unit remodels require association approval and set work hours, and many kitchens are still original.
Pembroke Pines is family homes on their first or second major remodel, and association approval is the norm for exterior work, so we prepare the paperwork the board asks for before the permit goes in.
Permits in Broward
Nearly every Broward municipality issues its own building permits through a city building department; the county’s Building Code Services Division covers the unincorporated areas, and the whole county sits inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. We file with whichever office has jurisdiction over your address and meet every inspection.
