Home remodeling in Sea Ranch Lakes
Kitchens, baths, floors, paint, roofs, patios, pavers and landscaping in Sea Ranch Lakes — permitted, inspected and built by one licensed crew.
What remodeling in Sea Ranch Lakes involves
Sea Ranch Lakes is a gated village of about two hundred homes with its own private beach club, so contractor access runs through the gatehouse, and the 1950s–60s homes are increasingly being enlarged or replaced with new construction.
Sea Ranch Lakes is a very small municipality where every project is a one-off, and association approval is the norm for exterior work, so we prepare the paperwork the board asks for before the permit goes in.
Permits in Broward
Nearly every Broward municipality issues its own building permits through a city building department; the county’s Building Code Services Division covers the unincorporated areas, and the whole county sits inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone. We file with whichever office has jurisdiction over your address and meet every inspection.
