Landscaping in Sea Ranch Lakes
A new patio with the old dead hedge beside it is half a project. We plant, irrigate and grade so the outside matches the work inside.
Landscaping work in Sea Ranch Lakes
Sea Ranch Lakes is a gated village of about two hundred homes with its own private beach club, so contractor access runs through the gatehouse, and the 1950s–60s homes are increasingly being enlarged or replaced with new construction.
Tree-removal and irrigation permits pulled by PSR where required. Nearly every Broward municipality issues its own building permits through a city building department; the county’s Building Code Services Division covers the unincorporated areas, and the whole county sits inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone.
Landscaping is where our one-crew model pays off most: the same team that set your pavers grades the beds, runs the irrigation and plants, so nothing gets dug up twice.
What we do
- Planting and sod with Florida-friendly, drought-tolerant choices where you want low maintenance.
- Irrigation installed, repaired or re-zoned, with rain sensors the water districts require.
- Mulch, rock and edging, and clean-outs of overgrown beds.
- Tree work coordinated with the city's tree-removal permit where one is needed.
